Prime rib was a highlight but otherwise, choices are limited. From the night we went, choices were prime rib, bake salmon, shrimp cocktail, 1 choice of soup. Good choices on desserts, including chocolate fountain

Overpriced with mediocre food. $30 a person and not very good. I recommend going to the nearby town to eat

Just wanted to give a shout out to Gabriella ( Gaby) Corona and all the wonderful staff at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa. Gaby along with Danny (Manager at the Firewheel cafe) and our sweet waitress Bridgette, went over and beyond to make our little girls 10th bday a very special day!! The customer service was outstanding, amenities... More

Was staying at resort and had one morning we didn't have a group breakfast for our meetings so husband and I headed to the Firewheel. They had a wonderful buffet with really nice options and an omelet station, however, we are just not buffet people so we ordered off the menu. I got the Huevos Rancheros and they were TERRIFIC,... Good food, good service. I highly recommend a reservation. The French toast and the biscuits and gravy were great.

The buffet has an excellent selection for breakfast or dinner. My husband and I dined here for all our meals for our weekend stay at the resort. My only complaint was that they ran out of seafood and meat at the carving station for dinner one evening and it took so long to be restocked that we got tired of... More

Very good BBQ and burgers. The menu is not all too fancy. Very good service. Beer is also local and typical macro beers. The fish tacos were good, but ask for corn tortillas.

My wife and I had the dinner buffet. The food was good, but the selections were limited. The waiters were great and always checked on you. I would definitely recommend this place!

Connected right to the Hyatt Lost Pines, the Firewheel Cafe has a large bar and friendly atmosphere. Food selection is not extensive, but each meal was excellent. My wife and I ate there several times during our stay and found good service, good eats, and relaxed attitude.

The restaurant offered nice options and breakfast and dinner are pretty good. However service in general is slow and lunchtime is very slow even when the restaurant is practically empty.
