Passing through on our way from Victoria to San Antonio were three hungry executives on the way back to the office. We looked up places to eat as we were passing through...just picked Barbecue Station as it was ranked #4!! Boy were we right. Melt in your moth and falling apart brisket, smokes, tender and fantastic chicken...yummy baked beans and... More

Barbecue Station has a reputation for being the best makers of brisket and homemade sausage around. They make delicious sides as well. Friendly service, too.

The only item we have had here is the Loaded Baked Potatoes to go. They are huge and they are delicious. Along with a drink they are a complete meal. As I recall 3 such potatoes were about $25.

We always stop at Barbecue Station when we are traveling between San Antonio and Victoria to see family. We have not been there for about 2 years so we were excited to have the chance to stop and have lunch. We were very disappointed in the food. How does a restaurant in south Texas mess up pinto beans? They had... More

A lot of good history in here and run by very wonderful people. The food is outstanding and as you go through the line you get to pick what you want and how much as all the meats are sold by the pound. All of the side items are made daily and always taste good. Give yourself a treat and... More

By far the best bbq in town. The lines can get long at noon when the high school kids are out, but it's worth the wait!

The first time we visited, it was very good. Meat was tender and juicy with lots of flavor. However, the second time we went, it wasn't worth the money. Ribs were tough and brisket was very dry. Not much flavor in the meat. Maybe just a fluke as they had just come back from vacation. I will try once more... More
