The menu has a nice variety and I especially like that you can make a sampling meal out of their small bites. We shared the fried mushroom risotto balls (not much flavor). I had one French dip slider and husband had the three bratwurst sliders. Shared the apple bread pudding for dessert - the portion was enormous, but there were... More

Had a business lunch here. Why would a waiter be stingy with ice? Iced tea should have ice. But no. And why overcook salmon? It's not hard. Just until it flakes. But no. He had to ruin it. And I had to eat it to avoid embarrassing my banker. Could be a great place if management cared a little.

Perfect place to eat a delicious Kobe beef burger and try an in-house brew on a Friday night. They have plenty of TVs to watch the game but it doesn't overpower the ambiance of the restaurant. The lighting and atmosphere are great and the service was very friendly- our waiter didn't have to write anything down and got our order... More

We had the ahi nachos, okay, tuna tasted like cleaner. Red snapper was okay, didn't look like snapper, sides were good. Caesar salad was just Caesar salad, nothing special. The garlic fries as an appetizer, which came out after our meal, were good as usual. We had a sampler of GB beers, the IPA's were not good, the seasonal was... More

It makes sense why this place its so empty and after reading all the reviews. Came by because we were starving after a long flight from LAX to here and wanted to eat and at least have some good beer while we relaxed..well only one thing was good about this place and it wasnt the beer... Food was good, but... More

Went there for the first time this week. The location on 75/park lane is perfect as one could go for an after dinner walk in the neighborhood to burn out the extra calories too 😀. Service was good and food was delicious.

They have a good menu, and their prices are very reasonable. Also, the have a good selection of special's they usually run weekly. It is a micro brewery and they have an excellent selection of beer. The wait staff are very professional and they go out of their way to accommodate large groups.

What a wonderful place to go on a Friday night. We felt like going casual and eating al fresco so we decided to try Gordon Biersch. We hadn't tried it before, as it is located in the middle of Caruth Plaza- an outdoor shopping mall. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was everything we had been looking for... More

We came to Gordon Borsch in celebration of my grandson's high school graduation. The food did not disappoint. I had the Gastro pub hamburger rare, and it was cooked to perfection. I also sampled the sausage and pretzel appetizer, along with the calamari. Both appetizers were delicious. I also had a Schwarzbier, which is very close to a porter, with... More

After our Sales Conference in Dallas, its obligatory that we go shopping before returning home. This micro brewery is very well situated opposite Old Navy and having completed my shopping in 10 minutes, I was able to sit outside eat great food, drink lovely graft beer and command my colleagues operation from my vantage point. Very friendly staff and fast... More
