Family owned. They get to know their customers. The service is always quick and with a smile. If your in the neighborhood you really need to stop in.
Love the Tomato Basil soup! Burgers are great too! The only thing I think could make it better would be to train the staff to not feel bothered to help customers.
Every time I have been here I felt I was a bother to the staff. The burgers are OK, but I'll go where I feel more comfortable.

Quality of their burgers seems to have gone down; meat is thinner and was over cooked. Always loved their huge onion rings, but now they have reduced the size of those too, but not the price.
Went there for a quick lunch. The hamburger we ordered was alright, not the worst I've had but a long way from the best. Hoping it was just a one time fluke and next trip will be much better.

Since we moved our office to Deer Park, we eat here almost once a week. Best burger around. I've also had the steak fingers, which don't quite stand up to T-bone Tom's, but are WAY better than Dairy Queen's.
