Glad they are close by and it allows me to get my barbecue fix of chopped beef sandwich with potato salad and a coke.

Passing through. The wife and I split a 3 meat plate. The turkey was tender and flavorful. Filled us perfectly. Ice cold beer. Plenty on room. Stop here. Hope this helps ya.

The staff was very helpful when we had to order for a large group. Recommended certain foods to feed a big group! Everyone loved the chopped beef sandwiches.

OK, it is not Lockhart BBQ, but how many are? I had a really moist, flavorful LG brisket sandwich. The onion rings were really good. This was my 8th or 9th visit and the quality is consistent, as is the friendly service. Railroad is worthy of a visit.

The positive... the staff was friendly and prompt and the place is nice in appearance and clean. The food... I wanted to like it, but just couldn't. Everything tasted pre-packaged and right out of the microwave. Tried the brisket and smoked turkey on a baked potato. Neither was good, and unfortunately, the potato was cold.

Went in to try some local brisket but this turned out to be a disappointment. Brisket lacking a good smoke flavor despite red smoke ring half inch inside cuts. In my opinion the turkey packed in much more flavor. BBQ sauce is good but it would be nice if there were more options such as a vinegar or sweeter sauce.... More

In all fairness, I just had the best BBQ I have ever had one day prior to visiting this restaurant, so I may be overly critical at this point. Still. . . My friend explained to me that we were given the lean part of the brisket which is why it was more dry. Looked nice. Definitely tender. But just... More

This is a local place for good BBQ. The fare is simple, basic and tasty. The service is good and quick. The ribs were a little dry for my taste. The brisket was very good. The beans have a nice spice kick.

We go there often and are never disappointed! We love the brisket and the turkey is very good too. Love the fried okra! It is a good place for groups. Plenty of room to push tables together.
