We've been to Irish Rover twice for weekday lunch on the way home from an appointment. Lots of choice on the menu as well as beer, although I didn't partake. It wasn't busy on either visit.

Really enjoyed the fish and chips. Fish was cooked to perfection. Nice lunch with the lady. Wasn't all that busy. Appears that the bartender pretty much runs the show.

I had the corned beef and cabbage, which was average. The service was slow (I was there fairly late on a Thursday evening), so the meal took longer than it should have.
