This wonderful chef owned restaurant is located in a small strip plaza. Don't pass this by, it's so worth the visit. Our table shared from the tapas menu Camerones Hennessy make sure you save some bread for the wonderful broth it's in. House made pasta served at our table was enjoyed. The Frutti Di Marre was outstanding, plenty of fresh... More

The location belies the wonderful dining experience. It's in an old strip center, off of Voss. We've been dining at Arturo Boada since it opened, circa '11. It's not inexpensive, but it never disappoints. This restaurant is a blend of Spanish and Italian cuisines. I've had most items on the menu at least once... for appetizer, my favorites are: mussels... More

This was our first visit and it was for a birthday celebration. The service was excellent. The bread rolls were great. The octopus was well cooked but did not taste really fresh. The pasta did not taste locally made, which was disappointing for the price.

This restaurant serves tapas and Italian food. We had the ceviche for an appetizer and it was excellent. We also tried the grilled octopus which was superb. For the main entrée I had the rigatoni with chicken. It was very tasty. My biggest disappointment in this restaurant is that there are no Italian dishes served with beef. They all come... More

This is an absolute gem hidden away in west Houston. It boasts great, no nonsense, refined, Italian fare. A welcome escape from the typical heavy greasy calorie overload of 'italian food' in the US. The setting is small and cosy, the service is attentive and friendly and people make an effort to connect with you. The menu is fantastic. We... More

I've been twice. Both times were very good. The service was the standout. It's truly outstanding. The longstanding and loyal staff is at the core of this fine eatery. The owner is a character who should have his own TV show. But let's talk about his restaurant. Don't let the location fool you. Inside you'll discover a soft quaint place... More

Houston Best Neighborhood Restaurant in 2012! This vibrant gem is located off Voss Road at Del Monte. The neighborhood eatery serves up an eclectic blend of Italian, Spanish and Latin cuisine not to be missed. Try unique tapas like the camarones henesy en hamaca, mussels tomatillo, ceviche and many more. The wood burning-oven puts out authentic thin crust pizzas, with favorites such as the carnitas pizza. We offer a flavorful selection of fresh seafood and steaks. Our home made desserts are a must, from wood oven baked apple pastry to Arturo's famous creme brulee. The hand picked wine list offers a variety of boutique and exclusive wineries. We are very happy to accommodate any of your special requests.
