From fried to boiled and anything in between.. Everything is great! From the food to the staff, very friendly and you can't beat eating pounds of crawfish and shrimp or crab legs and having a few beers while watching your favorite game! Get ready to get messy!

A bit messy so wear something you don't mind getting dirty. Small place no hard to find but great food and service! If you like spicy try the cajun seasoning with add spice. You can choose mild, medium and hot.

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED BY THE WAIT!!! This place is well worth it. Make sure to bring cash and know that they do not split checks, but this is ok because the food is AHHHMAZING! Great atmosphere is perfect for family and friend gatherings.

This is a true Houston treasure. The crawfish and crab is absolutely delicious. I ordered my food seasoned with Lemon- pepper. Mind you this is no ordinary lemon-pepper. It's Asian cajun style and it's soooooooo gooooood!!!

My husband and I stopped by Boiling Carb because they have a reputation of having the best tasting crawfish and seafood. We ordered 3 lbs. of crawfish, 6 potatoes, and 1 corn. My portion of the crawfish was great, but my husband’s portion was not. His crawfish were small, mushy, and had a terrible taste. I took the crawfish back... More
