We went for lunch in May and it was similar to most other Chuy's. The food was good and served hot. There were a few issues with getting drinks, which kept me from giving it a 5 rating. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Stopped in because we thought it was an extension of a chain we have in Arizona. We were wrong, but the theme was similar, the food was good and service was great and personable. Crystal was friendly and quick to make suggestions. I got the baja tacos (fish) and they were good. They were fried, I enjoy grilled fish tacos... More

The sign up for a table was a bit unorganized during sunday lunch hour. Friendliness of staff could definetely improve. After some 15 to 20 min wait we asked about availability as we were told it would be about this long, the manager said again it would be 15 to 20 minutes, kind of rude. He then said we could... This is one of our regular spots / the atmosphere is lively, the food is always tasty and what is in that creamy jalapeño dip?!! Too good to stop and they keep the chips coming so you don't have to! Try the Baja shrimp tacos - they never disappoint. The kids meals are good as well. Enjoy!

Service is great, food quality is good and portions are pretty big. All in all good place for lunch-although could be loud..

Nice atmosphere, great food for the price and the amount served. Service is ok. This is our third time coming, and the only complain I could have is from the greeters that are not sensible to the needs of the customers, and the servers taking too long to greet you. I constantly have to ask for silverware, or individual plates... More

Nice atmosphere - usually the wait isn't too long (15 minutes on Sunday night - though there were tables in the bar) unless you go on weekend nights. You have to try the Jalapeño Ranch to go with your chips and salsa. You have to ask for it. We have found that the boom boom sauce is good with everything... More

Love, love, love this place. Funky, fun environment and great service makes this our "go-to" Mexican. All your usual favorites plus my favorite- Elvis Fried Chicken. Unlike other chain restaurants they encourage you to add or subtract to make a meal your own, and you can order a fried egg on top of ANYTHING! Try the creamy jalapeño sauce, it's... More

We took our neighbors to one of their favorite and ours Mexican Restaurant last month. I had their Burrito with Cheese sauce with rice and beans. It is large enough to take half home for dinner which I did. The wife had the three Tacos with rice and beans and took half of hers home for dinner too. The food... More

While I've been to other Chuy's a couple times (both the original one in Austin and once in Houston), this was our first time to the one off Hwy 6 and 290. I really liked their eclectic decor and 50's style booths and tables. Their chips are great and constantly replenished. We all preferred the creamy jalapeño dipping sauce over... More
