When I first heard about Brennan’s, I was super excited. The pictures were great and the reviews looked so promising overall (especially about the turtle soup) that I selected this restaurant to celebrate two birthdays in our family. All in all, I must say that...More

Came here with a bunch of colleagues. A bit swanky and a nice setting especially in the back in the outdoor deck area. Make sure you go for a little stroll and enjoy the garden area with little walkways, gazebo and waterfall. Had a big...More

Very elegant and classy spot. The service was excellent. Our waiter suggested excellent recommendations. I had the Pork Chop with Creole butter over cheese grits and a crab and corn chowder bisque. Delicious! Good can be pricey, but it's worth it. Dessert was excellent and...More

Family met here for a 50th Birthday Party - The food was excellent as well as impeccable service. There is a 'Business Casual' dress code, but nothing extreme. Valet parking seems to be the best way (may be the only way) to park here, but...More

The courses for the Valentine’s dinner were all great beginning with an initial oyster chaser. I had oysters as the appetizer followed by the Red Snapper Pontchartrain. For dessert, I had the Creme Brûlée. Everything was very tasty and beautiful in appearance.

It was a bit chilly that morning so the fireplace in our room was a welcome site. The brunch was well prepared. For dessert, you can't go wrong with the bananas foster. The service was attentive without been intrusive.

We've been coming to Brennan's for special occasions for many years. This last visit was really disappointing. The food was average at best. Considering what we paid, I would expect it to be great. The only dish anybody at our table (of 9) came away...More

Since our 1967 opening as a sister restaurant to the world-famous Commander's Palace in New Orleans, Brennan's of Houston has evolved into the city's premier destination for memorable dining served with true Southern hospitality. From the reservationist to the waiters, chefs and every associate behind the scenes, our team is focused on the highest standard of excellence and equally dedicated to creating enduring memories of snapshots in time: the sealing of business deals, wedding proposals, joyful celebrations, and the marking of significant milestones along life's way. And the proof is in the (bread) pudding, with loyal patrons returning time and again to create new memories.Reflecting the same warmth as our friendly greeting, each farewell concludes with Brennan's signature lagniappe: an abundance of unforgettably fresh pecan pralines.
