The food is very good. The service is outstanding. Portion sizes are generous. Lots to choose from on the menu...almost too much. Secured parking behind the building and across the street. Great value!

Great tasting food, busy for late Friday. Had to switch tables due to very cold air from A/C unit above table. Careful about bill: gratuity included already in initial Bill but when they brought out the final one, didn't show that. People need to know this
I used to go to Mai's about once a month. It was so disappointing this time not sure I will be back. They are always busy which is great. The best fried rice. But the service this time was awful. We had to ask for things several times. The waiter kept forgetting. And we ordered the garlic chicken and beef.... More
Centrally located, convenient and nice atmosphere. Service is very friendly, parking might be difficult, especially in the evening, but the food is all worthy.
Not just One Hair, but a BUNDLE of hair was found and picked up with chopsticks, in my Pad Thai with Tofu. This was shown to the waitress who apologized and quickly cleared the plate. The Manager came over, without a word, and gave me the bill for the hot tea I was drinking ..... When in amazement he still... More
Stopped by for a late night pick-up order-this place is open until 3 am on weekdays! Everything was ready and hot. The chicken pad thai was very tasty! Huge portions.
My friend has been wanting to take me here for years. I see why, the food was amazing at a great price. I ordered the Mongolian Beef with shrimp spring rolls. The portions were large and soooo good! Will definitely be back.
I had a great lunch today with a client. We shared fried spring rolls as an appetizer - they are great - light and good dipping sauce. For my main course, I had the fried scallops, which were lightly breaded with either panko or Asian breadcrumbs....flash fried and light as a feather. My friend had Vietnamese beef, served over vegetables.... More
I used to go to Mai's regularly when I lived in Houston. Every time I visit Houston, I have to stop and get Mai fix on. I love everything on their menu, the service is always friendly, and their Vietnamese Eggrolls are to die for. Great place after a night of bar hopping. Be safe and call an Uber!!
