Heard about this restaurant from a friend so decided to come check it out. I started with the Napoleon with pineapple and mango pico; it was very good. For my entree i had the lamb shank with rice and beans, and finished it off with a brownie cheesecake. I will come back again.

We were in a room off the main dining but it was still loud. Huge choice of margaritas and extensive food choices plus specials. The chiles rellenos were good as was the spinach enchiladas but large portions. Not tex mex but typical Mexican choices although they hyped it as being from 7 regions. We went with friends and probably would... More

Of the countless things that Houston has to offer there is no doubt that lack of Mexican Food restaurants is not one of them. It is hard to navigate just how many there are. With the hopes to do something different we decided to give Picos a try on a Saturday morning for breakfast. I have to say that with... More

We were there last week. The restaurant is pretty. The food and service were very good. Good variety of menu options. We will be back.

We decided to give Pico's a try on a late afternoon after a matinee movie. The dining room was very nice, white table cloths and comfortable table spacing. We had a couple of really cold beers which was good and ordered fajitas for two. We were disappointed. We requested corn tortillas but were given white tortillas. They were promptly replaced... Three couples went here for dinner. My first visit. The decor is beautiful. The food is delicious, beautifully presented and creative. Not your taco and burrito kind of place. Much more upscale. The only downside was our server who was MIA much of the time. I still recommend it and would love to return next time we are in Houston.... More

If this is the way "real food" in Mexico is prepared and served I need to go there (Mexico) more often. On our recent trip to Houston, TX to visit family we ate there with friends and were "treated" (literall) to a fabulous meal. I have never eaten "Mexican" food like this.....ever. Except for the obligatory chips and salsas (fine!)... More

This is not my first rip first but have to praise Arnaldo, the owner, for food at it's finest. When I was there last month I ordered the crawfish enchilades and they were fabulous. Make sure to order the extra hot sauce from the kitchen, They will only bring it if you ask for it. I could eat here every... More

Picos Restaurant in Houston has nice setting and huge as it's a popular Mexican food. It's average on taste though

Two soft tacos, beef and chicken, very good with chicken Quesadillas and a vanilla flan, all excellent. Also noticed a plate delivered to the next table, steak fajitas, looked like a thick char grilled steak cut into strips , sizzling atop a heap of seasoned rice , Next time .
