Three Brothers Bakery is a traditional Jewish bakery in Houston. A landmark place for the past 68 years, it continues a bakery tradition started in Poland before 1840. Started in a downtown location, the bakery moved to its present location around 1960. In addition to various breads, it offers cakes, pastries, cupcakes and outstanding coffees. There are a few tables... More

$38 for four cookies and four cupcakes. Ridiculous. The lemon cupcake was bland and fell apart too easily.

I have been going to this family-owned/run bakery for over 40 years and have known the family during that time. It is an outstanding bakery...bagels, breads (rye/pumpernickel/challah/corn rye), cakes, cookies, delicious hamentaschen, strudel, coffee cakes, and more. My favorites--anything with poppy seeds! Highly recommended!! They also have a newer location on Washington Avenue.

My sister in law took me to this bakery the day after we had purchased a Lemon birthday cake. We purchased 6 cupcakes. The lemon cake just melted in your mouth. I mean really. I was so addictive, so I thought I would try the carrot cake cupcake.....just as bad, I mean good!!! The carbs are call your name. I... More

When I visited Houston this month, we searched the most rated bakeries in town and this did not disappoint.. They have good selections. Some Jewish bread, and amazing cakes.. It's worth the visit.

I decided to get my 30th birthday cake from this bakery because of the reviews. The cake my family bought was the Strawberry Cream. The cake on a whole looked beautiful. I tasted the cream icing which was nothing but sugar (not cream) still hopeful I was excited when we cut it open. The cake was pure sugar with fake... More
