La Hacienda was introduced to me couple years ago by my friends in Houston. We used to run to LaHa to have a quick lunch, sometimes dinner or to pick an order to-go. My experience of dining at LaHa was always pleasant. It is a great little Tex-Mex restaurant with friendly and courteous staff. They greet their customers well. Very pleasing... More

Last night in Texas dinner with a group of 14 people. We were seated almost immediately and tended to every second we were there. The food was served quick and hot and was delicious. The place felt authentic and the staff all lovely and helpful. The food tasted fresh and delicious, not like it was sitting around the kitchen all... More

Our family of four had a late dinner here during a one night stay in Houston on the way to Galveston. We found the restarant to have excellent service and generous serving sizes. Our bill came to $60 before taxes and included 4 beers and an appetizer dip which was in addition to the complimentary warm chips and salsa. The... More

Came here with a big group and they were very accommodating. Fajitas were yummy and the Sangria was good too - others had the margaritas and said that they were great. Great Mexican ambiance, staff was very attentive, food came out fast. 2 salsas, one was red, other was green...didn't try the green one. Women's restroom is super tiny (where... More

This place has been serving up piping hot Mexican Food for over forty years from the same address, and it's no wonder. The food is always fresh...and the margaritas are good...especially the special ones off the bar menu. It can be crowded on the weekends...and for good reason. You can tell it's been around by the decor and furniture (could... More

Burnt beans, greasy barbacoa. Loud music. Tries to hard to feel authentic. Not going back. Better options near by.

A perfect Friday night local family Mexican restaurant. They have a one man band who is really good with kids. They encourage little kids to dance to the music. Adults can be seated in another part of the restaurant, if necessary. Really good margaritas and strong....two of them are plenty. Good fajita nachos and salso.
