The Ranch has always been a local favorite. The onion ring stack is a great appetizer. The service the last couple times has been off. Hopefully they will recover and be better than ever. 1/2 price bottles of wine on Saturday makes it worth the drive. Locally (Texas) sourced food for as many items as they can. The meatloaf is... Intacct did our conference event at this location and it was great! The staff had drinks waiting for us on trays when we arrived at the location. The selection of food was great and the atmosphere was great. Even regular diners that came that night and found the restaurant closed for a private event, got coupons off future visits. Great... But there were a few hiccups. Great outdoor patio. Great live entertainment. Great menu. One order wasn't exactly right and They had to re-do it, with little push back. Honestly the best pecan pie dessert I have had in a while.

We stopped in for desert and coffee and wound up staying a while to have more than expected and really enjoyed that. Service was a bit slow but the food was very good and we had a nice time.

Staff was friendly. Good was good. I had the Blackened Fish Tacos. They were good. But the salad dressing was awesome. I don't eat salad and it was good. I eat here twice this week.

The service was very good, once you got past the obligatory up-selling on the menu items. The appetizer was really good (fried Green Tomatoes). The main course of the red fish was outstanding perfectly cooked and the grilled asparagus was fantastic

I've been here on first dates, with a group.of friends, on business meetings and with family. Excellent food (get the meatloaf) and equally awesome atmosphere.

Really expected to be blown away based on the reviews. Paid $50 for a steak and it was truly the equivalent of a Texas Roadhouse steak... don't see the hype of this place other than it's HUGE.

There were 10 people in our party. The service was excellent. There were great appetizers and great choices for Texas food. Good choices from the cocktail list also. Reasonable prices.

The atmosphere at "The Ranch" is amazing. Every seat feels secluded and unique making the experience very intimate. If their food was awesome this place would be the best restaurant in DFW. This is not the case. Many people suggest going here all the time. As result, I have eaten at The Ranch 3-4 times. I have yet to find... More
