Stopped here on way to Palo Duro Canyon. Unassuming exterior but do not let that stop you from going in... The four of us all had something different and it was moist, delicious and really enjoyed the BBQ sauce. I had ribs and they were some of the best I've had, very meaty and falling off the bone. Son had... More

I can't say I've had anything I didn't like at Eddies, it's great BBQ. My favorite is the chopped beef sandwich. The only thing I'd say that's negative is that they aren't open enough! It's only M-F, and for lunch.

The food at Eddies is always the same --no surprises---top notch tender, flavorful, and top notch. The cobbler tastes like grandmother used to make. Need to go for lunch because he closes early afternoon. Always a good choice and a good price.

This place is a gem and a can't miss. The frito pie is unique and absolutely delicious. It is Fritos, beans sausage, chopped beef, cheese and sour cream. The lunch rush can be extensive and most everyone is there to get a frito pie. The staff is always extremely friendly. On this visit we had several staff come over to... More

Stopped in for lunch on a local recommendation and it was the right choice. Excellent brisket and sausage on their frito pie. Quirky atmosphere and a very friendly owner who greeted us as we walked up and came to say hello after we got seated. Would definitely come back again.

Fun little place to eat lunch. The food is great, especially the large Frito Pie. The decor and building are both unique and it is quiet enough that you can have a conversation while having lunch.

If you are looking for a BIG chopped beef sandwich Eddie's is the place for you. The service is great and the food is even better. I could hardly finish the sandwich it is so big. Love the atmosphere and décor.

This is a gem of a place only open for lunch. Hands down the best BBQ in Lubbock. Brisket is great as well as the ribs. You can't beat the frito pie either. Well worth the drive to E 50th. I eat here pretty often with my brother for lunch
