The food truck was a fun experience. It was worth walking to eat there. There were locals eating there which I consider a good sign. I had the hummus and pita chips and my husband had pita sandwich.

Great food truck! Small menu but everything looked good so I had a hard time deciding! Ordered on the specials and was not disappointed. Lots of seating is available including covered seating if needed. Owners were super nice as well!
A really cool and fun alternative to a sit down restaurant. We got to the truck shortly after it opened and there was already a long line (a good sign too that there were definitely residents amongst tourists). If there was a drawback it was...More
Funky little food truck doing Mediterranean style foods- think lamb, kebabs, falafel. Funky little eating areas including the "dining room" Order at the truck, seperate & communal seating with shade behind. Marfalafel: it's a falafel burrito-tasty and only $7.50
The Food Shark is more than just a food truck! They did an amazing job of catering an outdoor party at Planet Marfa for a fun wedding party for 130 people. They provided a beautiful buffet of brisket tacos, flat stacked chicken and veggie enchiladas,...More
Driving through Marfa, stumbled upon the Food Shark. Impressed! Food was fantastic and we enjoyed the the outside no frills tabels. Didn't make it into indoor dinning room (a bus), too crowded.
We have looked forward to eating here since seeing a video online a couple weeks ago as we were preparing for our trip to see the Marfa lights. My review is as follows: 1. Their menu only consisted of four items: tilapia tacos, ribeye tacos,...More
Although we had to wait for our food, being behind a busload of school students, it was enjoyable sitting beneath the canopy viewing the old cars. The food was great and everyone was happy with what they ate. The students pretty much filled the school...More
We just had to try some lunch from this famous "food truck" and were surprised that there are so many retro vehicles displayed on the block including a "dining" bus and old cars! When we got there at 2:15 PM on a Friday, there was...More
Messy, drippy, juicy, delicious burritos. Order at the truck, sit on the plastic chairs, check out the people watching. You can't go to Marfa and not do Food Shark.
