We had brunch at Delaney's on a Sunday afternoon and really didn't need to make a reservation or wait for a table. They have a good choice of either breakfast or lunch menus from 11AM on. The breakfast is a full meal, with some more unusual selections like bangers and mash good omelets. The lunch salads are also a full... More

Great local McKinney place. Been many times, but first review. We both had the chicken pot pie for the first time which was excellent. Hamburgers, Philly cheese stesk, and salads have always been good. Enjoy weekend brunch also.

They handle a large menu well and are service oriented. Really a good place to catch a game or for a quick sandwich. Good-sized portions. Glad to see them still around.

this isn't my first time going to Delaney's but this is my first review. Joining my coworker and a mutual friend of ours from out of town, it was just enjoyable. The atmosphere was good, the drinks were even better. The fried pickles were so delicious that I go back just for them sometimes. Great place to hang out and... More

Ate and drank on a Saturday night. Lots of television options to watch college football. Cheese fries were wonderful. Just solid pub food. Good service.

You know things are going down hill in a rush at your once favorite local pub when the wine glass looks like it hasn't been washed since the very dawn of time. So very sad. :-( The waitress was indifferent, she offered no replacement, and I still had to pay the overpriced cost for the grime.

Delaney's has become our go-to spot for weekend brunch. It's like an Irish Pub and a Sports Bar combined. On weekend mornings it's pretty quiet and they serve a good brunch. They egg and bacon wraps are delicious and MUCH bigger than you would get at a fast food restaurant. The potato cakes are like a little piece of Heaven.

Delaney's gives you the feel of a gathering place - for sports fans, drinking buddies, as well as a family eating place. This is as close as we get to the Irish/English Pub here in the states. Food is tasty and of a good variety. Just don't be in a hurry.

Great food, large servings - easily one entree could serve two people. I ordered a 1/2 order of cheese fries and had a 1/2 plate left over. Husband ordered the steak pie. Said that he has never had a more delicious flaky crust before. Live band on Saturday night - geared for an older crowd so no screaming college kids.... More

Delaney's is a regular spot for us...close to home, lively atmosphere, great service, good food and a nice range of beers on tap. So....2 weeks ago tonight my wife and I went for beers and an appetizer. That Sunday, I noticed my debit card was missing. Instant panic, right? I looked and looked and nothing. However, there also had been... More
