The place is wonderfully designed as a true "house project", very relaxing, the location & the view is perfect (right on the beach), the staff is very friendly, polite & helpful. The food is "gourmet" style, a little overpriced to my opinion -and not particularly tasteful (at least what I ate)- but the sweets were superb and totally made up... More

It is a beautiful place combining the beach with the House Project. Very good place for children as well, as it has different parts for different kinds of customers (playrooms, bar, 'library', ...).

Still ridiculous people smoking indoors such a shame... Greek anti smoking law still doesn't exist maybe in a few years

Great atmosphere, relaxing music, kid friendly environment , good food, valet parking is a little pretentious for coffee. Friendly staff great service. Not just a summer hang out , very cozy in the winter as well .

Visited Balux Cafe a few times over the holiday season (Dec 16 - Jan 17), my reasons for returning being its convenient location close to where we were staying and the fact that there's a play area for children -- a great plus when you're trying to see friends or have a quick meeting. That said, the experience was largely... More

It's a very nice place with very good location!! When you entered you feel like you entered in a big house villa built on the beach! I loved everything there but the only thing I didn't like that much is that attracts a mou of showing off people. But this is not a fault of the business!!! It just became... More

Very nice place to stay with friends, for a drink or a meal. Staying at the beach enjoying the good weather in a quiet place, tasting what Balux have to offer you it's a must when visiting Athens.

For Greeks with more money than sense who want to show off. A highly pretentious place. It is nice for a coffee or a glass of wine but the food was nothing special. You get over charged for bluntly over obvious pretentiousness and of course a good sea view. In the summer they have a pool bar with local females... More

While your kids have a blast at the seaside you will find this place great for grabbing a quick or a slooow bite. The waiters are all more than kind and will get your order on time . Have fun!
