Everything (including most of the staff) is old:) Nothing to do with modern, fusion, in fashion greek cuisine, on the contrary, everything is well prepared and carefully cooked based on our grand-parents recipes! Thus, it is ideal for someone who wants to taste authentic, traditional greek food! The order-taker is the owner, he is coming to your table and make suggestions,... More

One of the things that makes me miss home so much now living abroad. Has been a regular patron of this homeey tavern for years, either for lunchbreak or simple family and friends get together. The food is impeccable, all the beauty and the simplicity of the Greek cuisine, the service signed by Mr Bigger than Life Christos, who might... More

It's better to reserve a table before setting out for Chalandri, at Kitsoulas, otherwise you might remain hungry! I've been a faithful patron for many many years and - although far from where I live - it's still one of my 2-3 favourite eating places in the city. His food is like an especially talented mom's, and the prices easy... More

Historic family owned and run eating venue ( in greek "fagadiko"). Excellent choice of freshly cooked dishes both meat and vegetables. The service is good and friendly , the wine moderate , and the price excellent. Traditional greek cooking , closest to eating at home.

Kitsoulas is one of the top traditional taverns of the athenian north suburbs. The food is stable, typical greek cuisine, honestly cooked and always fresh. I've been visiting this tavern since I was a child, food is the same. Kitsoulas comes to the tables to take orders himself. The pittas and the "psito katsarolas" are the best courses of the... More
