We actually visited this restaurant twice while on holiday. The staff were great and squeezed us in one night when we hadn't booked. The Racalette was absolutely amazing, so delicious. The kids enjoyed the carbonara and pizza. The menu has something for all and there is a kids menu for younger children.

We were in Avoriaz to celebrate a friends birthday. The meal we had here was superb. The food was excellent, the wine very good and the atmosphere so welcoming and fun. Traditional French cuisine at its best and a very memorable meal. I would highly recommend a visit.

Quite a popular restaurant in Avoriaz. We came in around 21o'clock and the place was pretty crowded, but thankfully they still had a spot for 4. A lot of families (small and large). Food arrived quickly and hosts were friendly. Food was good of taste, but nothing spectacular. Fair prices for ski a village.

Visited here with my husband and teenage son (who is a pizza fanatic) and their pizzas were very good. I was that hungry so tried the Thai salad. What a plateful!!!! It was huge, so much for not being hungry as I managed to eat nearly all of it as it was so good. Service was excellent. It was so... More

The restaurant is always busy so reservations are a good idea at dinner time. The venue has everything from pizza to escargot, frogs legs, ribs and the lunch time buffet is fantastic. great atmosphere and the food portions are huge! think twice before ordering 2 courses. Great french cuisine!

The buffet here is probably the best value in the whole of the Portes de Soleil! 26 euros for a help yourself (as many times as you wish) for smoked salmon, fresh salmon, prawns, spare ribs, chicken wings, rare entrecote steak, salads of all descriptions....the list is endless; cheese and puddings to pig on; Wines expensive unless you are selective;... This is one of the best restaurant we ate in Avoriaz. The menu is extensive and service is friendly. Don't miss the buffet at lunch!

Super pizza restaurant and excellent deserts! Worth coming back you will love it ! You have also the chance to eat a real French cheese fondue. And the famous French raclete.

We sat outside on a sunny day. With the heaters it was fine even with two small children (3 and 5). The food was very tasty. My raclette was great, and my wife's chicken satay kebab on a bed of rice with fresh vegetables was prepared on the BBQ right out at the front of the outdoor seating. The children's... More

We went here and like another review this month it was very disappointing. I don't know what the fuss is about this place, the food is very average, stressful with staff running about. Waiting ages for service and then when the food arrives you wonder why u didn't just get a roast chicken from the supermarket! Totally over rated completely... More
