Last visited in August 2016, when I was less than enthused about food and service. Today, the waitress was wonderful and made the dining experience positive. Good things: iced tea, crispy chips, salsa, green sauce, queso, chicken quesadilla, and cheese enchiladas. Okay things: tacos, beef enchiladas, rice, and charro beans. Don't recommend: retried beans (a funny mess).

My hometown. I'm here weekly for 'Mescan' food. They have a good variety of Mexican food, but my favorites are the soups; bean, poblano, and tortilla. They are really great...

Arrived late and had to sit in the bar area, which was fine. Service was great. Food was great. We enjoyed the Ribeye special which was a very nice meal!!

The service was decent but the food was lacking a lot. There was really no flavor to what we ate. We tried their baked potatoes and I thought that it was bland and uninspiring. Won't eat there again.

This is a longtime Nac establishment and favorite of SFA crowd. Food may or may not be good these days. Service is consistently bad. Try another Mexican restaurant and hope for change here.

It has been a long time since we've eaten at Casa Tomas. I got married the same year that they opened. I had the beef fajita salad with bean soup. It was so good. They have a great green sauce.

We always enjoy the food here. It is our favorite restaurant when in the area. We usually order the same meals, have for many years. And I have to say they make the best Pena Colada's--they know how to make them perfectly! Prices are good, decor decent. Tables and booths. Separate bar. Highly recommend.

If you like Margaritas and a good place to go and have a good drink then this is a great place to go! They have a banana frozen margarita that was awesome! I wasn't very hungry, but did have a few sopapillas...they were pretty good! I'd recommend here to have drinks in Nac over anywhere else!

What is not to like? Great food at a great price with neat décor. The wait staff is very friendly. It is conveniently located by the university.

On our way home from a road trip we stopped by for lunch. We really should have done our research because it just wasn't very good. Nothing to write home about. The "sirloin" was a joke and the enchiladas were very bland.
