Lived in Pearland for several years in the early 80s and was passing through on my way to Hobby Airport or an early morning flight. Had some time to kill so a breakfast at Busy Bee was in order. The place was populated by the local breakfast crowd. I ordered their "build-a-breakfast" and settled down to listen to the local... More

Stopped in with co workers for lunch, I had the hamburger wrap and it was ok. The staff were very nice and had the southern charm.

For years i passed by this place but never stopped. Recently a car club i belong to met there for breakfast. Excellent breakfast, eggs cooked to order, bacon and sausage perfect, and wonderful biscuits

My wife and I get 'room and board' at the assisted care facility where the staff help us cope with her Alzheimer's dementia. But the routine of our lives often carries us near the Busy Bee, where Broadway crosses the railroad track, and the funky romance of the name and location tugged at my adventurous side until we stopped in... I ordered the chicken fried chicken.. it was fresh, hot, and very tender. The gravy was spot on. They had chicken and dumplins, the white meat chicken was abundant and dumplings were cooked perfectly.

This is your typical greasy spoon restaurant. I've been a few times and its ok, fills the gut. Breakfast is the best thing they serve. The dinner items I've had were greasy, but good. Lots of fried options. Hamburgers are ok. I love the idea of this place, but it would be nice it they just increased the quality of... More

This restaurant stays open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday nights. We stopped in late on way home from airport. Ordered breakfast. I especially enjoyed the biscuits. Bacon, eggs, and hash browns just the way I like them.

The breakfast is ok for a no frills breakfast. It's more of an older crowd that frequent this place.

I had the meatloaf here and it was quite good, home cooking here, but not a lot of customers. The second time here I had pie and it was good also, but again not many customers.

I have been twice, both times for breakfast. Basic fare, not memorable. Menu is old fashioned but, seems to be popular with an older crowd. Crowd is local, thus loyalty a big thing here. Food served hot, to order. Prices decent. Parking is not plentiful and can be tricky to get in and out of because of location at corner... More
