At least once/yr I try to come by and get some of this most authentic food. Located in downtown Pittsburg in a restaurant setting from the '40s, it's always special to drop by and soak in the cultural memories. I only come by for breakfast or lunch because they close ~ 2:00pm. I like to get 4 to 6 links,... More

Pittsburg, TX. home of Pittsburg Hot Links! If you haven't had them you need to try them and then buy some to grill! They are also a restaurant with banana pudding that taste just like home made! A must eat at and visit place!

Learned of these unusual East Texas "hot links". This not your normal beef and pork spicy hot link like Earl Campbell's. All beef, coarsely ground and lightly seasoned. Sausages are small and in snappy natural casings and look out, they are fatty, but that's intentional. The "hot" in "hot link" comes from the spicy sauce served on the side with... More

Pittsburg Hot Links are a widely known and enjoyed favorite. People come long distance to eat here. As with any food, however, tastes vary and this is true for these hot links. The one thing that some do not like is how greasy they are, but to most that just adds to the flavor. Those who like them love them... More

We always go here the day after Christmas with our family. The hot links are greasy but I usually get one. Their hamburgers and chicken sandwiches are good. Staff is friendly. It's a good local place to visit.

Again, a place I grew up eating at and from from birth through mid thirties several times per month. Whenever we go to the country..and it is country...to visit family or family cemeteries..I always time it so that I can at least get a dozen. These are not what many think of as "hotlines" they are all beef made on... More

Asked a couple of shops downtown for suggestions of a place for a good lunch. Both recommended this place and it was obvious where the locals go to eat. Good food in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Lunch @ Pittsburg Hot Links is a long standing tradition for generations of Pittsburg residents - past & present! They have the best cheeseburgers ever, & of course you must try their local claim to fame, the Hot link. Its best enjoyed with ketchup, chili & saltine crackers

The booths are great since my kids can't see or reach over them! Food is great even if you don't order what Pittsburg is famous for- Pittsburg Hotlinks!
