Really awesome BBQ here, everything is super good, we tried it all. The brisket is especially good, very tender and well seasoned, the cream corn and coleslaw are also really delicious. In a 5 day visit, we ate here twice. Exactly what I expected of a BBQ place in Texas.

OK, it can be a bit of a tourist stop, and it is a little pricey, but it is awesome Texas barbeque - the brisket is the best anywhere! Friendly, helpful staff - they keep tings moving. The place gets crowded, especially on weekends, but the wait staff really do a good job of keeping the lines moving. Don't forget... More

Best moist brisket I have ever had! Picnic type atmosphere and employees are very friendly. Wasn't sure when pulling up to gas station that it is also but when I saw local police officers eating there I knew I found a winner.

Went there for 1/2 lb of brisket and some cream of corn and it was kind of expensive. The food was good though.

Came in for some BBQ on a Sunday night and Rudys was packed. The staff worked like a well oiled machine though. You order your food on line and are giving it at the counter. First timers can sample anything on the menu that doesn't have a bone on it. We are at picnic tables in a cafeteria style dining... More

Every Rudy's restaurant is a little different… This one is pretty tasty. Brisket was great… One tip for the restaurant: when you order at the original Rudy's brisket with extra BARK, they don't measure the weight of the extra bark… B/c it is normally cut off and thrown in the trash. I really appreciated that Wifi was not working

Yes, Yes, and Yes!! I have never eaten food at a gas station before and I told my husband he was crazy but I was proven wrong. I have only eaten BBQ as good in one other place. Potato Salad, Cream Corn like I have never had it before, moist tender brisket. A little expensive for 2 to eat but worth... More

The sign says Worst BBQ in Texas, and it is our first stop when showing folks around town. We love to tell them that we are going to eat BBQ at the gas station. Keep your cup and get the refill price on your soda on your next visit.

My boys and I always enjoy Rudy's BBQ. Best BBQ brisket and sides in Round Rock. Cozy atmosphere and the staff are super friendly!
