The steaks are cooked to the right temperature and the staff is generally attentive. Menu is probably a little too big, but the Italian options I've had have all been good enough that I'd potentially order again some day.

Food was terrible. Such a disappointment for a local landmark. Steak was tough, salad was old. Service was mediocre

Truly, this restaurant has the best homemade eggplant Parmesan! The marinara sauce is so good too. Prices are reasonable and service is great. The chicken cacciatore is usually yummy too... go Italian. Caio!!!

Ordered draft beer. It was soured and when we told the waitress her response was someone else said the same!! The KC for two tasted like nasty liver! Not sure what has happened to what used to be a great steak house but it was awful and for a Friday night hardly anyone there.

Once a San Angelo institution is now a very tired restaurant. I've been going here for years and the steak used to be amazing. However, they've rested on their laurels and decided to put very little money back into the restaurant. The steak is still good but it's just so dated it's hard to generate any enthusiasm to go there.... More

My family and I went with group totaling16, and we were told this was the best steak restaurant around. I'm afraid I could not get past the way the restaurant looked, inside and out. The dingy exterior extended into the dining room. The floors were awful; the place had no welcoming atmosphere whatsoever. Most of the persons at our table... More

Based upon past visits, raved to a friend visiting from out of town about the food. Unfortunately, we strayed from our normal food choices and selected the "smoked prime rib". Our prime rib arrived in a bowl and was swimming in au jous. The flavor left a lot to be desired and left us wishing we had ordered something else.... More

When I think of good Texas steak, I think of Twin Mountain Steakhouse. My husband & I make a point to eat here when visiting. The scraps are so good, they just melt in your mouth. You don't come here necessarily for the ambiance or decorations (although there have been some nice upgrades since our last visit). You come here... More

Well, place is rundown, staff is bored, food was disgusting. Salad was a poor example of vegetation. Dressing choice awful!!!! Scraps must have been scraps the dog left. portions were for a toddler, drinks must have been picked up at another location. Refills? Big joke. waitress lost her map to our table. We had trouble getting anything but the ticket!!!!

Thank Deva M
