We stopped in for lunch, the service was good, the food was good pub food and the beer was great. TVs throughout the restaurant and quick service, what's not to like?

Husband ordered pizza which was excellent, I figured a burger would be safe at a pub but was disappointed with the fries. Not very busy but confusion between cooks and servers left my food in the window 15 minutes before the pie came out of...More

I visit this restaurant once a year when attending a conference. The food is pretty good, but the beer is excellent. I like the atmosphere as well.

Never expected to find Wisconsin cheese curds in a Texas beach community. Quite the treat for us northern transplants. They were cooked perfectly and tasted great. If you've never had them, try them. The red snapper and coconut shrimp were also very tasty. Meals were...More

We really enjoyed our lunch at the Padre Island Brewing Company! We were starving for some good food after staying in Brownsville for the weekend. Glad we gave this place a try!

Great beer good food, the outside balcony is great in the evenings, breezy and cool. The inside can get loud, but we always enjoy the brewing company beer and the food.

Hi Pat, Unfortunately we are prevented by the current health ordinances to allow dogs with the exception of service animals, I'm sorry.

We took our baby granddaughter there with our family, however, I do not recommend going upstairs when you do that. It smells heavily of cigarette smoke........ we made them find us a table downstairs.

"The gastropub movement is well-represented on South Padre Island at Padre Island Brewing Company. Rotating draft selections include several styles of handcrafted suds; Texas Long Board Lager, Tailing Red Amber, and Speckled Trout Stout are among my favorites, when available. If you can’t make up your mind, get the “Sampler Tray,” a tasting of all five beers currently on tap. The menu is extensive—“peel and eat” shrimp, spicy wings, and fried calamari are popular appetizers, as are the chips-and-guacamole combo, ceviche, and nachos. The bar has won an award for its pizza, but I recommend the burgers. If you’re really hungry, order the Texas Burger, a double-patty, one-pound monster topped with jalapenos, mushrooms, and cheese. From the seafood menu, beer-battered shrimp is an obvious choice, and the tuna and flounder are also excellent." From Texas Highways Magazine, June 2015
