Kincaid's was the 1st restaurant my family and I ate at when we moved to Southlake, Texas almost 10 years ago. We use to eat their often, but my husband COMPLETELY stopped eating beef (for 2 years). The plan was to eat at Kincaid's "once a month" since he decided to "re-introduce" beef back into his diet by treating himself to... If you like a good, old fashioned burger, this is the place to go! Burger was delicious....juicy, not over cooked, fresh condiments. Give it an A+ in my book!

Loved the vintage atmosphere at Kincaid's. We just stumbled upon it, as we always look for someplace to eat that we don't have a home when traveling. We will return for the yummy old school burgers, fries, shakes, and BLT. They write your order on a white paper bag when you get there, then you listen for your name and... More

Well...gave it a try....fresh ingredients and great (one size fries). Stick with the burgers and don't stray too far from the basics and you are safe. Nice family & friends ambiance - picnic table style. Not a great place for those of you who are a bit shy and don't like to share your table!

We visited as a family. We generally get the small or junior burger as it is big enough for us. If you are really hungry and a bigger eater, go for the regular burger. One of my grandchildren always gets the corn dog and he loves it! The side of fried okra is my favorite! So happy we have lots... More

Stick with the burgers, which are great. Onion rings good, but you pay a lot for a small number. Fried okra is a better deal. Shakes are well done and worth the expense. (Banana shake is a hit.) Fries decent. Deviled eggs are tasty. The grilled cheese is wildly overpriced for what it is, but my kid loves it --... More

First time to visit a Kincaid's restaurant. It's self service. Menu displayed overhead so that you have to get very close to order poit to see it. Can't read it from much of a distance. Ordered the regular cheeseburger and spouse ordered a junior burger. Also ordered fries and a vanilla mikshake. The milkshake was the best part of the... More

Need a good honest Texas all-beef burger and fried okra with iced tea? This is still the best spot around. Fresh and consistent. Clean, bright, big restaurant with plenty of parking and outdoor patio. Self-serve soft drinks and tea. Picnic-table seating. Friendly staff. Fast service. Families, birthday parties, couples, groups...wholesome All-American fare with a throw-back to the 50s era Texas... More
