It's Mexican chow - nothing to wow you with, the plates are full and the chips & salsa always kept full.

I think it would be good for travelers. I have eaten there for years. As good and great service. I love Mexican food.
I was here helping out on relief project and found Senor Toro restaurant by the help of local people. The GREEN SALSA is one to ask for when you get seated. The tamales and beans are great also they have daily specials which I enjoyed.
Atmosphere is typical crowded Vidor eating establishment. Service is moderately good. Décor is plainish. Definitely not a date night type place. Food is good but not over the top. Prices are moderate.
This is our "go to place"!!! We like the atmosphere and the lunch specials are great!! Chips are not hard and the sauce is great! Yummy!
We were in Vidor about a year ago and wasn't able to eat here and wasn't going to pass it up this time and we are glad we didn't!!! The food was great and the service was great as well!!! We will be back!!! :))
Advice-- do not go during lunch!!! Large groups will have to wait a long time. My friend and I shared the lunch special fajitas. Meat was too thickly sliced. Service was good, but foot was mediocre.
A pretty good place to eat...prices are in a decent middle pay the chicken enchiladas needs a different topping recipe tlit tasted like it came from the can but the fajita nachos are fantastic i only get a half order and still to much
We tried this place based on the reviews posted, so we are baffled as to our experience. Our meals were basically heated up TV dinners, which arrived at our table lukewarm; the cheese in my enchiladas wasn't melted. The chips were stale and the salsa...More
