The decor here is very fun and inviting. I got the beef quesadillas and they were great. The ranch jalapeno dipping sauce is to die for. We had great service and the food came in and out in a timely manner.

The Chuy's in Waco proved again to be another favorite place to eat. The food is good and reasonably priced. It is very similar to the Chuy's close to our home. It is family friendly and has the same odd dog paintings on the wall. The restaurant is loud and the tables are a little too close for any hopes... More

This is a great chuy's especially compared to others I have been to (the best is still the original). This one has to do since I was in Waco Texas. Flautas were good as well as the fajitas.... actually the fajitas were better that the original.

I love this place. Every year I go to training in Waco & eat at this Chuy's. By far some of the best Mexican food I've ever had and the best service. The hot sauces are awesome!

Just about as good as chain Tex-Mex can be! Margaritas and enchiladas are great! The Happy Hour Nacho Bar is the best deal in town! Great staff and great food. Location is a bit difficult to navigate, but its worth it!

My husband and I are staying in Waco for his work and Chuy's is right by the hotel we stayed at. We've eaten a lot of Mexican while in Texas but nothing has compared to the food at Chuy's. It starts off with fresh chips and real salsa - chopped not mushed. I got Hatch Valley Chicken which was excellent... More

Service was so so. Not a busy time yet very slow service. Food was good but not anything spectacular. Enchiladas were spicy and the Chicken were just okay.

Been here a couple of times now and every time they are packed. The waits have not been to long but well worth it. The service was great, very friendly waitstaff. They food has been excellent and comes out hot and fresh.

We love eating at Chuys in Austin so knew we would enjoy the meal. We had a party of 20 people after Baylor graduation and knew we would have a wait but it wasn't too long and we enjoyed drinks while we waited for our table that was on the patio. We had two servers who kept our chips/salsa and... More
