Went here on the recommendation of our Waco Tour guides. It was delicious. Have the "gut-buster ". BBQ, sausage, beans and cheese over a pile of Fritos. With lots of sweet tea.

Let me be clear... I enjoyed myself here. And so would you. The line was long, but went quickly. The menu was clear and appetizing. The Gut Pak (my wife's choice) was really good. I split the rib plate with my 9 yo. Good texture...More

I have eaten at Vitek's many times and I always get the half gut pak because I made the mistake of getting a full one before and I had to throw about half of it away. The brisket is always lean and not greasy, it...More
The "Gut pack" was great. The best non-chili frito pie I've ever had. BBQ brisket and pinto beans over fritos with cheese. We went back to the Silos just to eat it. Glad we did. It also had a much shorter and faster line than...More
