The restaurant was rented for a birthday party we were invited to. Live music, very good. Friendly servers. And of course the food...I had pulled pork VERY GOOD and he had bbq turkey...also VERY GOOD. We enjoyed our evening and plan on returning soon.

Great atmosphere and delicious food. We shared sliced brisket, ribs, sausage, chicken, pickles, peppers., beans...nice selection to choose from. Part of the charm is the rustic building and the outdoor seating in front of the stage, beautiful land they have. No frills plates and utensils work just fine too. The service was slow but that trends with the local pace...refreshing... More

The ribs are their best in my opinion. I judge their other meats as average. The beans are also good. On the weekend they often have live music which often draws a good croud

Cooked with Texas pride. Good size portions, plenty of condiments to add more flavor. Reasonably priced. Fast friendly service. And on Friday nights, they roll up the back wall to the open patio and have live entertainment on the outdoor stage during the summer months. Always great shows and music.

This is my favorite BBQ restaurant. If I only had one pick on the way through it would be the PG tater. It has never disappointed. The brisket is good and the sauce is spot on. I know this part is weird, but the pickles are a big part of the reason this place is tops in my book. They... More

After checking Trip Advisor for places to eat, we chose Pit Stop BBQ. The atmosphere s vet laid back and casual. There a sand box in the back to entertain little ones. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't eat all my food and asked for some ice in a Ziploc bag in order to take my food... More

Passing through on our way back home and decided to try this place out for lunch. This place has great ribs. They pride themselves as a competition style BBQ, and I can see why. The ribs were very good. Absolutely love their sauce. Normally, I prefer no sauce, but they make their own and I could not get enough of... More

In Ennis for the bluebonnets season we stopped for lunch at Pit Stop bbq. We had pulled pork and sliced brisket. The pulled pork was extraordinary, brisket was ok. Next time I would like to try the chopped brisket and the famous ribs. Kind service, honest price and portions. Go to visit Waxahachie too, nice antiquities shops in there.

Thank psicobaby
