They open at 6am, and If you want to GET TO CHOOSE what you really want, don't wait till 10:30am, like we did, to go. By the time we got there, 2 fruit ones left, and the rest were eggs, and something in them. Along with the cream cheese, as well as a spinach one, that I ordered. Better than... More

This place sells great sausage and cheese kolaches, they also have drinks (expensive drinks though), but overall for a quick stop and pick up your breakfast when you have to drive somewhere. Better than the little chinese owned donuts kolaches places. Clean place and good parking.

Wonderful sticky buns, pretty good sausage and gravy kolache, good sausage, egg, and cheese kolache, and average Philly cheese steak kolache. A little pricey, but not to terribly bad.

I stopped in to see the hype. I ordered from their selection. A Denver, 2 Ham, Egg and Cheese. 2 fruit lemon and cream cheese. The clerk gave me the ordered it was cold and tasted gross. Maybe if they would be warmed up it would have been great. The lemon had enough filling with great taste. As for the... More

Colette Factory is just good option if you need really quick breakfast of snack. Some of them are so oily.

I hate McD and BK and those type of places for breakfast. The food is too fatty and oily. Kolaches, a Texas specialty, is great for breakfast. Its not oily and still flavorful because what is baked inside the soft bread. And it competes extremely well with McD etc on price. Kolache factory is great, it offers several fillings in... More

We pulled into the parking lot for Jamba Juice and were plesantly surprised to see such a unique idea next door! There was one woman working the counter and a nice line of people waiting but she had a constant smile on her face. Since we had never been here before we asked her what she recommended and boy did... More

The kolaches are fantastic at the Kolache Factory! This is the only kolache shop where I can still find fresh baked poppy seed kolaches among some of my other favorite fruit filled kolaches!

We got several different kind of the kolaches to try. All savory. Loved them all. Soft pillowy dough with golden tops filled with various meaty fillings. The sausage and gravy was really yummy. Super cheap eat.
