I honestly can remember very little about this meal, but I don't think it was bad, just pretty good. The service was actually really good though and my kids had a great meal there and we sent them off to the game room, so it is a great option if you are staying at the hotel and you want some... We loved the location! (right next to our hotel). Matt, our server, was very attentive without being overwhelming (just perfect timing). His suggestion, Steamed Prince Edwards Island Mussels was right on: the smoked tomato saffron broth makes a huge difference! We also had the Roasted Beets and Greens which was ok. As an entree we had the Fines Herbes All... More

The food options are somewhat limited and expensive for this on property restaurant. There are better places to go in the area.

Dinner here during a long ski weekend. Nice friendly staff, good service. Oddly there wasn't anything on the menu that excited, which surprises as we are adventurous eaters. So deferred to the pizza, that was very good. Beer selection very weak.

We chose EPC for dinner because the reviews for most other places at the Canyons were spotty and we didn't want an expensive meal. It is off the beaten path & you have to know it is at the Hyatt to find it. We didn't have a reservation for a Thur night so our party was sat at a high... More

I sympathize with this hotel restaurant, as it is removed from the ski village, and I doubt anyone other than guests eats there. A tough business model, no doubt. Still, they charge gourmet prices for food that is less than gourmet, and for service that is less than elegant. The food was fine, but not what was expected at these... More

The restaurant is in the lobby of the Hyatt Escala at The Canyons. The ambiance is boring and below par for a restaurant that charges $30+ for an entree. The food was good (we had the short ribs and the chicken) and was unexpected given the atmosphere. If you are in the Canyons looking for a restaurant that is close,... More

Provisions are what you need and they have Starbucks!! We had a few smores kits for friends and everyone raved about the fireside treat. Great idea!

The generous pizzas and delicious salads were crowd pleasers and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Convenient location in the hotel. They were accomodating and easygoing.
