Everyone in our party of four loved their meals. We started with the elk kabobs (fantastic!) and the corn and lobster bisque. While delicious, the bisque was surprisingly bland, with the sweetness of the corn the predominant flavor. For entrees, we had the short ribs,...More

Gourmet high end Mexican, Southwestern cuisine, large plates you won't go hungry but you will pay to play. Beautifully decorated, multi-story restaurant. Better make a reservation if you want prime evening dining. Check out this short rib BBQ crown roast and duck enchilada. The short...More

This is my family's favorite place. Everything is so unique and mouth watering, it's to die for!!! The service is always nice, and no matter what's on their menu, it's amazing. Get the buffalo, the fondue, and ask for that bread and spread!!!

Two young kids and four adults had a delicious meal here. The staff was friendly and catered to the youngsters, while also keeping the adults very happy. The steaks were delicious, as were the sides we ordered. We also had a great wine, recommended by...More

We were looking for authentic Mexican food and this looked the part however there was little of it on the menu. Price of food was OK but liquor was a bit over the top. We enjoyed what we ordered but would probably not return here.

Dined with the Celiac wife. Waiter Tom was knowledgeable about her condition and very kind/helpful. Kitchen was able to prepare any dish gluten free, most without substitutions. Chips are cooked in a gluten free fryer. We had the crab guacamole and shared the elk London...More

You won't beat the Crown Roast Barbeque Spareribs. It is one meal for a voraciously hungry skier, but it was four meals for me! The Queso Fundido was delightful to share, but I recommend skipping the flatbread to just get the chips. The flatbread is...More

We did not have a better meal anywhere in our whole week in Park City. Chimayo is a triple threat - food, service, ambience - all were outstanding. They accommodated a late reservation, we ate 3 courses. the carne Asada was mindblowing and so were...More

This is a restaurant that you wouldn't expect Michelin Guide-level cuisine, but it was really that good. I was anticipating something along the lines of Mark Miller's Coyote Cafe, but it was entirely different with a bent toward the slightly unexpected. The lobster and corn...More

Description
Step through the door, and you’ll think you stepped across the border. Festive lighting, wrought iron detail, Southwestern throw pillows in each booth and an authentic Mexican tile floor create this fabulous illusion. Start with a signature Chimayo Margarita, a local’s favorite. Don’t miss the dipping sauce that’s served with the fresh baked bread. Favorites include the Crown Roast of Barbecue Spareribs with a chipotle and caramelized pineapple glaze served with buttermilk whipped potatoes and Dos Equis beer-battered onion rings. The Mexican Chocolate Fondue for four served with a tureen of melted espresso-cinnamon chocolate with dipping favorites of cinnamon sugar churros, peanut butter cookies, Mexican wedding cookies, banana, pineapple, and seasonal berries is sure to finish this delectable experience with a warm cozy feeling.
