Interesting choices, fun, creative presentation. Good service. It was very busy when we were there. I wish they had more fun vegetarian options.

My husband and I shared the dishes and while not stuffed, we were satisfied. We also enjoyed the art on the walls

My party of 5 (college friends on our annual ski trip) had a great evening and meal. Decided to order a number of snacks (appetizers) instead of main course. Ended up ordering about 12 dishes including the pot stickers, Firecracker shrimp, scallops, dim sum, a few sushi rolls..... all excellent. Need to go back to try the large plates. A... More

Great food, but loud atmosphere. Probably not the best place if you are strictly looking for sushi. Poached pear salad was delicious. Sushi roll was good, but seemed overpriced. They should offer a more detailed sushi menu, or separate card that describes the maki rolls. Overall good experience and I would probably go again next time on vacation here.

Nice Japanese the sushimi was better than the sushi. We prefer more raw food but found it didn't provide enough choices. I found the restaurant deco slightly dull.

Shabu is one of the restaurants we go to every year when we go skiing. Both food and service is great. Be aware that Shabu is small restaurant. Thus, tables are very close together.

In this restaurant, you will want to try as many dishes as possible because each one is different, beautifully prepared - visually beautiful and beautifully spiced - and delicious. The choices are extensive and one is not limited to the excellent sushi. Dumplings and beef satay are example alternatives and the scallops are amazing.

Booked based on excellent reviews. Sushi was solid and appetizers tasty. Waiter a bit clueless. Noise level high, even on a Sunday night. Recommned Mochi ice cream to finish meal.
