After passing through Springdale on the road up to Virgin tonight we saw lots of nice looking restaurants and we thought of heading back towards there once the RV was set up, however we looked up trip adviser to find this little hidden gem on our door step ! What can I say ... it was just what we wanted!... More

I knew what to expect reading other reviews - this is a 1-2 man show, so the food will take some time. We really enjoyed sitting at the Buffalo Trading Co., drinking a few beers and chatting until our food was ready. The buffalo burger should not be missed. The fries that came with it were some of the best... More

The restaurant is small and is a add on to a larger souvenir business selling Indian artefacts, jewellery, art etc. The guy running it is a bit quirky and the opening times seem to be a bit unreliable. We had a coffee on our way to the Kolob Terrace road and booked for that evening. We only ever saw one... More

This seems to be pretty much a one-man show. But, he knows what he's doing. Everything is made from scratch. Our order of fries was clearly hand cut; no two fries were of similar cross-section ... and we heard the chopping. We both had a variation of rib eye, one wrap and one sandwich. Both were very tasty and the... More

We stopped here because it was mid-afternoon and we were hungry. Interesting place. Looked more like a flea market than a restaurant. Long story short. The owner cooks everything from scratch. We shared a rib eye wrap, French fries and Cole slaw. The fries were fresh made-cut from potatoes and fried while we waited. And the Cole slaw was the... More

The food was OK, not great BUT the service was soooooo slow it was embarrassing. We wanted to order a glass of red wine and informed that he only had one glass left ... how old was it??

The sign says "The Worlds Best Buffalo Burgers". We passed it early in the morning on the way to Zion, and immediately planned to stop there for lunch. Let's call it "shabby chic" for decor and atmosphere. -> And YES, Bob makes a Fantastic Buffalo Burger. He's not shy to tell you that it's already seasoned to perfection, so don't... More

Had a great lunch at The Cactus Room. The fish tacos were simply amazing, salsa was excellent and the fresh Pico de Gallo was a great touch. Be sure to try the Guacamole.

Ok, so we got here in order to get some jerky, which they have plenty of. A whole lot in fact. We weren't that hungry, so we didn't want anything heavy, so we caught sight of the salads and thought to try it, as we had nothing to lose. And boy were we glad we did. The chicken pasta salad... More
