A great find! The food was wonderful, and the staff were super nice. They even made our wedding cake in their bakery. Cannot say enough good things.

The salmon was served in a large soup dish on top of braised vegetables and lobster broth, could have done w/o the broth, too much! Apple crisp was delicious

We dined at the Cafe twice during our Brandon visit. The first night I had Salmon and my spouse had steak. The next night I ordered the steak and my wife had the Breaded Chicken Nicoise. All four meals were perfect as was the service....More

Ate here twice. First visit, food was real nice. Second visit, not so much. For a small town like Brandon, it was surprising to find a restaurant like this though. Chef seemed to be inventive and served a number of unexpected dishes. Service was good....More

Nice setting, somewhat interesting menu, but not what we expected from a French chef. Espresso machine broken! Weak American coffee instead.

Description
Warm and inviting, casual fine dining at Café Provence is a truly memorable experience. Located in the restored historic section of downtown Brandon, Vermont—Chef Robert Barral, former Executive Chef of the New England Culinary Institute and The Four Seasons in Boston, crafts our seasonal menu to showcase not only his talents as a chef, but also highlight the best meats, cheeses, and vegetables that local farms have to offer.
