Don't be fooled by the exterior. What used to be a diner has turned into and excelent dining experience on the interior. The food is genuine and excellent. Almost too much to eat. Really good selection of beverages. The service is quick, helpful, and friendly....More

At the risk of sounding trite, the food is phenomenal. Try the Sangria - it was excellent. Everything that we had was delicious and very fresh! Service was good. We enjoyed our meal here much more than the more expensive Peter Havens.

We decided to try this restaurant and were able to make reservations the same day, which I strongly recommend. The restaurant is small but not crowded. They aren't open every day, so check first. The menu is very limited, offering three versions of "tortillas" (what...More

First visit to Three Stones after having driven past the tiny Brattleboro restaurant many times. I had visited a few times many years ago when it was Ed's Diner...pre-Trip Advisor! Everything good you have seen in previous reviews is true. Quaint venue, friendly staff, intriguing...More

This is not the Tex-Mex I was raised on in south Texas. And it's not the New Mexico, Arizona or California variant. It's not loaded with fat and it's not loaded with fire, but it is very loaded with interesting favors and original Mayan ingredients...More

Great food. Limited menu. Wonderful owners. This is a go-to restaurant for me. I only wish they served meatless tamales more often because they are fantastic!

You definitely need a reservation for this great place. They make their own hot sauces and can serve a "flight" of sauces that are well worth it ! Fresh ingredients are the key.

We just had dinner at Three Stones. The food is tasty, and the atmosphere is festive. It is not an extensive menu, although what they serve is consistently good.

All four of us enjoyed our (vegetarian) dishes at this authentic Mayan-Mexican restaurant. The service was prompt and attentive, the prices reasonable, and the ambience pleasant and unpretentious. The only negative was that they had run out of Mexican hot chocolate!

Can we make a reservation for six? If yes, can we make the reservation prior to the day we plan to eat there? Thanks, Doug

They take reservations; seating is limited so I would call sooner rather then later.
