Let me start with, the whole world does NOT like spicy food! Even Asian restaurants put a little chili symbol by the foods that are spicy! So I started with the Chili rubbed shrimp cocktail, and this I expected to be spicy as it is...More

We had the pierogies (bacon chive sour cream accompaniment), single skillet meatball with fresh mozzarella & red sauce) beer cheese soup (thumbs up!). Mahi mahi...More

This was a fun lunch. The service and service were both good. We sat out on the balcony overlooking the river on a beautiful day. Once I crossed the line in the bar I achieved getting to all 50 states.

It was a lovely August afternoon. The views ate grand. The service good but the food was just ok. The cheese on the cheese plate was so over chilled that there was no taste. My burger was so over cooked that they took it off...More

Fun place to stop and have a beer on their great deck. Lot's of beers from the tap and a good selection of pub food. Amazing view over the Connecticut river! Below they have a restaurant with a wider variety of menu options.

We enjoyed the great location by the river. We had a light dinner - both the food and service were great!

First, the location is wonderful, especially if you go there during the summer months and you get a table on their outdoor deck; then you are overlooking the Connecticut River with a beautiful view. However, the reason why my rating is only average is because...More

They do offer gluten free rolls and bread. In addition they have clearly marked everything on their menu as either gluten free or able to be prepared gluten free by request. I believe what the other reviewer meant when they... More

Whetstone Station Restaurant and Brewery combines a large casual restaurant and open air rooftop bier garten, with a small experimental nano-brewery, all located right on the Connecticut River in Vermont. We offer an "inspired pub fare" style menu, with everything from small bites for a few bucks to full entrees. Along with one, always changing unique craft beer of their own they offer dozens of guest craft beers on draft and specialty drinks, all in an amazing waterfront location. The unique round building has been restored into a beautiful fire-lit space with a contemporary and industrial vibe. Indoor and outdoor dining, perched above the river, alongside a steel bridge and nestled between the green mountains make the amazing location a "don't miss" on any visit through Vermont.
