We visited at around 5:30pm. It was me my husband and a 1 and a half year old. It was packed but we were seated at a nice table near the brick oven which was kind of warm but tolerable and fun to watch the...More

Good flatbread pizzas in a nice New England setting. Zero Gravity has some great beers - all served at this restaurant, which serves the brewery. Two tips: (1) a large flatbread is more than enough for two hungry people. (2) arrive early. No reservations are...More

Decided to head for lunch and was not disappointed. Great local beer selection and flatbread pizzas are the best I have had. The herbs and Spices used really are a difference maker. Service was great, food came quickly at a reasonable price. Worth going back...More

Great place and great atmosphere. Cozy. The service was quick and they were very nice. We got a pizza with rosemary and caramelized onions. The Evolution Salad has the best vinaigrette we’ve ever had on it.

Been to many other American Flatbread restaurants — this is one of the better ones. Once you enter the unique wooden front door (see picture) the vibe is funky Vermont post-hippie with a tinge of artisanal wood smoke. Not as large as the other AF...More

As I entered the restaurant, a sumptuous breez of wood- fired pizza grazed my nose. A fairly reasonable price for a freshness you wouldn't find in an average grocery store. Amazing food. Great service. A fun place to eat with friends and family. Enjoy!

American Flatbread is one of the best organic, wood-fired pizza. Great service. Great ambiance. All food is both organic and local. They even have their own beer at a very reasonable price (3-6$). Enjoy.

Had a small medicine wheel and a small revolution between the 3 of us last night and it was just the right amount. What I really like here is that you can get a small beer or a large beer so you can try a...More

After a seven hour drive to Burlington to visit a local college over the weekend, we dropped by for dinner at 8:30pm. A thirty minute wait was great for people watching and staring endlessly at the fire in the pizza oven. Zero Gravity beer on...More

We stopped here for beers and I really wish we had the pizza. It smelled so good in this place. It has a warm cozy set up and the beers were very good.

Definitely need a group of 12 to make a reservation. Has to be either an early lunch or early dinner (5 PM) reservation. Enjoy!
