Great food, reasonable prices and nice atmosphere - this is a place you will want to check out for breakfast when you visit Burlington.

This is where I discovered Oatmeal Pancakes. I have been addicted ever since! This place is packed on weekends, so plan on a long wait or come early, I have always had good service here.

My two favorite meals are crab cakes and eggs benedict. At Magnolia, you can get the two together—and it's delicious. Pair it with a bloody mary and who needs anything more? The dining room is well laid out, with high booths and several cozy nooks.

The wait line was reasonable (15 min) around 10:30am on a Sunday and they have a very comfortable waiting area with drinks available. We started with black tea, double shot latte, and the cheese and fruit platter to share. The coffee was quite good. The...More

As first time visitors, we were directed to Magnolia by family. It is tucked away in the basement of an office building within walking distance from the downtown hotels, but you have to look for it, even though there is a sign outside. It is...More
