While visiting the Ludlow area we were told by a local to only go to Cafe at Delight, when having breakfast. The meals were good, made more so by their use of the fabulous bread they purchase from Baba A Louis, in Chester, Vt. The service was friendly, and on Vermont time...so expect to relax for a while while waiting... More

We stopped in for a quick lunch before checking in at our hotel. Burgers were ok, soup pretty good. We also had a Turkey club because they were out of the special which was a Roast Beef Sandwich. Decent lunch nothing to rave about. Serve was above average and probably the reason most go there which seemed like a lot... More

My husband and I had brunch here today. My husbands blueberry pancakes were enormous! And terrific. Real maple syrup is served with the food. My cheese omelet was ok, but the bread served with it was almost swoon worthy. It's made at the BabaALouie bakery and oh so good!

Going north in VT decided to stop in Ludlow for breakfast. We looked up places to eat and saw that Cafe at Delight had great reviews, particularly from locals in this tourist/ski resort town. From a picture it had looked to us that it was in a shopping center, so went to the only two in Ludlow an could not... More

We wanted a quick breakfast stop and it started off good because they took our order quickly but then just to get drinks it took 20 minutes. We ordered a kids pancake and they gave us a normal order. Food was cold by the time it was served. Would not come back

Good TripAdvisor reviews, so we decided to try it out for breakfast. The food was good. I'd return for the food. We waited at least 5 min before being greeted and a full 10-15 min before being seated. Lots of tables that needed to be cleared. Our waitress was completely overwhelmed with the restaurant bring so full. At one point... More

A WONDERFUL local diner....Friendly people and GREAT food. Great for families or people on a budget. It looks a little dark from the outside, like they might be closed, but don't let that fool you. The food is excellent and they are open for business. Highly recommended

Good Diner food in a very friendly and convivial environment. Inexpensive common diner food without the pretence and high prices but with the sound of friends and families having a meal after church or working out. Clean comfortable eating place with food you would serve to friends for lunch if you were at home.

We were told, this was where the locals go. I can see why. There is nothing fancy, only good food and service. My wife had a short stack of blueberry pancakes. They filled the plate and made her happy she didn't get a full stack. She barely finished what she ordered. I had eggs and bacon. The eggs are cooked... More
