We went on a Monday night for the advertised burger and a craft brew for $15. We were informed that it was a holiday (Presidents Day), so they weren’t having the special. Disappointing but the place looked nice so we stuck around. Four of us had the burgers which were pretty good but nothing special. One in our party ordered seared tuna and said it was very good. My wife ordered the ribeye steak medium rare and when the did arrived it looked very nice. However, the steak was very rare and her fingerling potatoes and vegetables were cold. Our server was very helpful and had the steak cooked more and retuned with hot vegetables.
Overall a decent place but again nothing special.

We were staying at the Jackson Gore Inn and had daily breakfast and a lunch here ( only open for lunch on weekends this time of year)
The standout was the outdoor seating with a view and the friendly service. Breakfast was reasonably priced for a resort and enjoyable. We had hamburgers for lunch one day which were over cooked, over seasoned with soggy French fries. But again the view and the service with a smile. I’d say go elsewhere, but options in town weren’t much better.

We stayed at the hotel houses this restaurant. We had occasional lunch and dinner at this restaurant when we did not want to jump in a car and go somewhere else. The food items were great, but a bit pricey. The service was very slow and in some instances you needed to ask several items for items to be served. It is still a good place.

For a resort restaurant, this place is fantastic. Great menu and everything was really good. Had the family here for a week and ate here 4 nights out of 6, it was that good. Reservations are recommended during the holidays, but the service was always great, even when crowded. The kids loved the some-mores desert, a special treat.

We were excited the restaurant was on site to Okemo and we didn’t have to leave the resort. The eggplant appetizer was good but could have been warmer. I ordered the crab stuffed haddock. The sauce had a nice flavor but again was just maybe warm. I cut into it and couldn’t cut the fish because it was still cold and frozen on the inside. I played it safe and just got a salad. It was just ok. Premade with old cold tomatoes and cucumbers. I opted for no meat or fish added to it based on my first experience. The staff made it right by adjusting the bill but really subpar food. I should have asked for a credit on the salad too. We will be going offsite for food tomorrow.

This is def the best place to eat at Jackson Gore, But the prices were a little high. The food was good and the atmosphere was really nice. We got a caesar salad and seafood pasta.. We would probably get the same thing again.

Nice service, blah food... I would pass on this place. Tried it out since we are staying at the hotel, but it isn’t as good as the ubiquitous local diner and priced for resort dining. Overcooked, oversalted, overpriced. Servers were nice but doesn’t seem like kitchen is trying very hard.

What is going on here? Almost empty now, this once fun and vibrant on mountain restaurant needs a serious re-think. Pay some attention to what you are cooking please - too much salt and too little taste! This has deteriorated over the past 15 years - having a captive audience (hotel restaurant) has led to sloppy preparation and lackluster service.

Good hotel restaurant. No surprises. Comfortable seating and good food. Not world class but it didn't disappoint me. The dinner rolls were fantastic and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very good also. It's the type of food one would expect in a good hotel.

We spent a few days at the Jackson Gore and went here for two mornings. I thought the food was pretty good and the prices were good for the food you received.
We only had breakfast and I can say that it was worth the price. The staff were really friendly and were attentive to our needs.

This is the only game in town if you don't feel like leaving the resort to go into town, about a 6 minute ride. My husband and I were here for the HOG motorcycle rally and we ate here two nights because we did not want to get back on the motorcycle. The food is pretty good actually. The service was average. They were not prepared for the volume of people. That is the only bad thing I can say. I'm not sure if it is better in the winter time but I didn't get the feeling that they wanted to please. When the food came out it was good. Big salads, good portion sizes of food. Price is appropriate. If I were in a car, I would have tried out the other places in town. Again, decent food but not overwhelmed by the service.

Food is over priced for what you get; however, service is always excellent and is convenient when staying at Jackson Gore.

I understand that things get hectic on holidays but our group reserved seats way way ahead of our arrival and because hotel did not have private room ready they stuck us into the Tavern. Since they refused to accomodate 60 people at once we had to be broken into 3 groups but they spaced our tables far apart so we could not enjoy our time as a group meanwhile looking at the space it could have been easily accomodated.
Now on to the food, very much not worth the price. I ordered wings, french onion soup and salad and my husgand ordered salad with grilled chicken. Everything lacked taste other then the wings which were just spicy but anyone can dump bottle of spice on anything and call it a day. The prices were a NYC level but quality was of gas station food. Service was even worse, yes place was full but it seemed like there was plenty of staff on hand that just were not organized. We sat down at 7:30 and did not order till good 45 mintues later, I was glad I fed kids prior to coming here or it would have been total nightmare. The only good thing about this place if you staying at Jackson Gore in then its easy access from main lobby no coat or driving required, if you dont mind just skip it and go else where in town.
