Stopped by on the strength of TA recommendation. What a great place to eat. We waited about 20 minutes on Friday night without reservations, so seemingly lots of people eat here. Service was friendly and attentive. The bread was particularly good as was the eggplant...More

Loved this little gem situated along the river. Was given a table with a view even though I was alone and treated extra special by the hostess and waitress. The food was fresh and delicious, I ordered a dinner salad with anitpasto for a meal...More

Disappointed in the quality of the food, sauce was ok, too much penne pasta, ceasar salad was overdone in sauce, read the reviews expected more. Service was slow, and it became crowded and very loud. Definitely not a restaurant I would recommend.

Sarducci's deserves the kudos but I will give you a couple of hints. Reservations are only for 6 or more so come early, late, or wait. Most crowded nights the bartender just dials it in. Drinks are thin i.e. not a full pour of booze...More

You definitely need a reservation. I had spinach and mushroom ravioli which was delicious. I couldn't eat like that every night. It was very rich but scrumptious.

Went to Sarducci's recently. Had not been there in a year or so. It is literally the only resturant in Montpelier that I have never had a negative experience at. Service, Wine, Food and Experience are always spot on. We have been going since 1994....More

Highly recommended. Consistently excellent quality and service. We are there on average once a week. Prices are good.

I stopped for a late lunch, and was able to get a table overlooking the river. The meal was fabulous. I enjoyed a crabmeat ravioli pasta dish, with a delicious tomato-based creamy sauce. Perfect luncheon for a summer day.

We stayed in Montpelier for several days and loved Sarducci's so much that we kept coming back, even in that brief time. The food was superb. The service was great. The atmosphere was warm. Mostly, though, we loved the food. Everything we had was excellent...More

Their baked entrees are served very hot and stayed hot through the entire meal. We arrived before the dinner rush. They have seating on the patio overlooking the river. The penne with shrimp and scallops dish had two large scallops and two large shrimp. Very...More
