Service was crazy disorganized. We were eating in a private room with about 16 people. We all ordered choice of 3 meals. The waitress checked and double checked her order pad and still delivered meals incorrectly. One woman had to wait for her meal to be made while the rest of us ate. Dessert was two choices, but again much... More

Visited for dinner, they were packed. Meaghan was my server and did a fabulous job. Very Knowledgeable. There is a Gluten free menu. The food was not prepped properly. Nice atmosphere too

First time here, but we came back twice. First night hubby had the meatloaf which had a maple bbq sauce, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I had the chicken with pepper gravy, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both dishes were good. Another night we shared the wings special, he had a bacon cheeseburger with fries and coleslaw I had the Cod fish... More

Service was very good while sitting at the bar. The food is over priced for the portion sizes. Had a steak cooked med-rare that was tough as shoe leather. Blue Cheese salad dressing was best part of the meal.

The veggie burgers are worth the trek from Burlington; or, for that matter, from anywhere. The interior spaces are thoughtfully designed and have a comfortable rustic feel to them. The service was friendly and efficient. Bravo Amanda!

Hadn't gone in several years as I wasn't overly impressed the first time we went. Wow we should have stayed away. Fatty, greasy and extremely over priced for the portion size. We were compensated with a free dessert which was tasty.

Family in the area recommend this eatery and I was very impressed. Nice atmosphere, great menu of unique items and very friendly service. The BBQ sandwich and the mussels were primo. Nice selection of beers. Definitely go here if you're in town!

I really enjoyed their chicken wrapped in bacon and covered in a maple glaze. They also make a really good meatloaf and the cheddar smashed potatoes were awesome! My wife had a steak and she said it was good but not the best. Overall It is worth the price.

I usually eat here three or four times a year but this was the first time this summer. I felt the quality has declined. I ordered the St. Albans fish fry which is fried shrimp (2), fried scallops (2), fried haddock and fried salmon. I've never had battered fried salmon before and have no plans to have it again. I... Enjoyed a nice dinner & drinks at One Federal while visiting the St. Albans area. Everyone in our dinner party enjoyed their meals. Dinner entrees included a small garden salad. I ordered the meatloaf which was very good. The restaurant is located in an old building with history (supposedly haunted by a ghost named Charley) in the downtown area. The... More
