I was looking SO forward to buying cheeses, breads and a picnic lunch for myself. I looked at comments on TripAdvisor and I also looked at the company's website. I got there nice and early to find a small note on the door that it is closed until mid May. How hard is it to post something on their website... More

We discovered this on our last trip to Stowe & will definitely go back again many times. This food boutique is chocked full of local food & treats, fresh bakery items, a gourmet takeout food & salad bar, meats & cheeses, chilled wine & beer, coffee bar, and more. We bought tasty meals to heat in our hotel, Vermont cheese... More

A great find! We bought a block of local Cabot cheese, a fresh walnut & cranberry loaf, with a small bottle of wine for a little 'apres ski' back at our Motel. We also got a 7-layer square. All very yummy, a little pricey, especially for us CDN in USD. All the staff were very welcoming.

Harvest is a great local market in Stowe. They have a nice assortment of packaged and prepared foods, much of which is local and delicious. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because if its crowded the counter can be kind of slow to serve you. But in general this place is great.

Mouthwatering bakery items including delicious gluten- free options. Coffee is consistently hot and fresh. Must try the Vermont Crunchy cookie with your coffee! Excellent stop after (or before) a day on the mountain. Love the healthy selection of salads and wraps as well. Additionally, employees are super friendly, attentive and go the extra mile to meet your needs. I love... More

the fresh baked breads and other treats are awesome - and other specialty gourmet items - make it easy to put together a nice cocktail hour when traveling away from home.

I can't argue about the quality of their offerings, but you'd think the big city prices would come with a bit more friendliness. It's one of those "Pay and get out" attitudes. To be fair, it must be difficult putting up with throngs of demanding and sometimes downright rude tourists day after day. Did I mention the food is good...and... More

The reviewer Eur0pe2013 nailed it, it should be right near this one. I will reiterate. The food is good, I mean the egg sandwiches they have, on their own English muffins (how many places do you know who make their own English muffins?), are absolutely awesome. But wow their prepared foods are so expensive to avoid sticker shock they sell... More

This is my kind of place. I'm a foodie and I love a great local market. Terrific selection of breads, as they make their own each day. Nice cheese choices too. Muffins and pastries are fresh and the best in Stowe. However, I almost fell over when I saw the prices for the prepared foods...make no mistake about this...Harvest Market... More
