After driving past on Saturday and seeing the parking lot full, we decided to give it a try. If I based the review on my meal alone I would've given it 5 stars. They have quite an extensive list of wines. we chose a lovely Pinot Grigio. For the table we shared the spinach artichoke dip which was delicious. Who... More

Had a large group (12) and called ahead for a table.. showed up and there was only one other couple in restaurant at the time.. so the service was great. The food was OK, nothing special and basic. Decor was tired, felt like ski lodge from the early 90's.. Has potential for sure!

My meal was the special, a cod pasta with fiddleheads. It was really pretty good. My husband had the horseradish salmon. He thought it was tasty, but with the price, he wasn't happy that he was still hungry afterwards. Our waiter was too attentive and suggested too many upgrades or expensive add-ons.

I had the crab cakes with lobster sauce which was underwhelming. The quinoa was just that: plain unseasoned quinoa. The sautéed kale was the star of this dish. Service was good but food was bland. I didn't even finish it which rarely happens. The fireplace was nice however.

Had drinks and food here as a "last resort" on our first night in the area and were so surprised by the comfortable ambiance, the staff and the food and drinks, we came back!! Don't be afraid to try it because it's connected to a hotel! Have the onion soup - delicious!

The food was just ok. We had the Chicken wrapped in proscuttio and the baby back ribs. Meat was dry/overcooked. The Service was also mediocre, the waitress was nice, but seemed a bit undertrained. At the bar sat a loud, seemingly drunk foul mouthed woman who come to find out works there and it was her night off. There was a... More

Had a great dinner, funny waitress and a great bartender. Came in close to closing and they were very accommodating and the food was great!

Charlie B's is inside the Stoweflake which is a wonderful hotel property. Was hoping the restaurant might be better than a hotel cookie cutter place, but don't think it is. Nothing was wrong, but nothing was that special. Don't get me wrong...the food was good, but just your typical hotel restaurant fare. I had the salmon that was encrusted with... More
