This was our second breakfast at Flannel. The setting is gorgeous - overlooking Mt. Mansfield. Have to recommend the yogurt parfait and cappuccino. The two times we have been, it has been very quiet and the service has been great.

After our first meal at the Flannel Restaurant I knew I'd return. It didn't take long to decide to go back when, within a week, we returned to enjoy another great dining experience. When a dish offers a great balance of ingredients, with no one component overpowering another, you know there is a great chef at work. The food at... More

We had a three course meal with some drinks, price to quality is excellent. Great view as well. They have an amazing pecan pie. I strongly recommend it.

For us, Stowe has never been a culinary destination (surprisingly). The resort, ski, snowboard, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, waterfalls- all this made the lack of great restaurants secondary. Tonight, we decided to try Flannel at Topnotch. Everything was fantastic. Great combinations of flavors and well prepared and presented. All four of us were very happy- delicious food topped with a... More

This restaurant is beautifully located on the property of Topnotch Resort. The restaurant is in the back by the beautiful swimming pools and you can see Mt Mansfield & Spruce Peak. I adore the staff here. They are friendly yet professional. They really know the menu and can help you with your dining selections. Love the Food!!! The chef incorporates... More

Had to wait almost 30 minutes for our reservation and then service was slow. Food was good but nothing extraordinary.

Likely since it was low season in Stowe, Flannel had a really great promo - $35 for table d'hote normally going for about $50. We were planning to give it a try as a result of some recommendations so the promo was an added bonus. Resto was not crowded but nontheless, Beth, was a very courteous and knowledgable server. Large... More

Had dinner here on a Thursday night. Everything was fine, but nothing was great. Maple cocktail needed more maple...couldn't taste it at all. Salad was goopy with dressing. Steak was meh. Pot de creme was heavy and gritty in texture. Wine list was a joke. Not at all worth the almost $200 price tag.

My husband and I had lunch and breakfast at Flannel. For lunch I had the "smoker" sandwich with green salad, which was excellent. They offered unsweetened ice tea which I would have liked a little stronger but was still pretty good. My husband had the "dirty bird" sandwich with fries. The fries were good but they were too salty. My... More
