I had never had dutch pancakes, but really liked them. It's sort of a mix between pancakes and crepes and they have a huge menu of options both savory and sweet. Food was great, only reason I gave 4 stars is the service was a bit slow but otherwise great spot.

Great breakfast spot. The Dutch Pancakes are very thin pancakes and they come in a wide variety of flavors. We tried the classic, apple cinnamon, which was delicious. They are served with real maple syrup which was nice. They also have the standard egg, bacon, omelet options on the menu. Prices are reasonable. it is a little hard to spot... More

Very nice selection, we all loved our food, the maple syrup was delicious and they didn't charge extra to try a Dutch syrup.

My husband, sons (8 and 12) and I ended up having breakfast here twice during our stay in Stowe. Everyone was thrilled with the food and the service was great. The pancakes we tried were: Apple Cinnamon, the "Farmer's Pannekoek", the Coconut Chocolate Chip, and my less adventurous son had "The Natural". They were all fantastic, but my husband and... More

I'll give them a little leeway today since it was New Years Day and they only had 2 servers on....from the moment we walked in the service orientation of the restaurant was off...no wait list even though the lobby was packed, just told it was 'first come, first serve' by the busboy. We had to figure with other customers who... More

The Dutch Pancake has become a tradition for us. We eat there every visit to Stowe. It actually was one of the reasons we bought a place up there. The Dutch Pancake added to the charm of Stowe and reminded us of the Original Pancake House we had in CA and OH. We were there over the Christmas break and... More

Great place for breakfast. Good service. Nice atmosphere, and delicious food. My wife had the pancake with fresh strawberries and bananas and I had mine with potatoes, onions and cheese. The staff is very attentive. The pancake is 12 inches across and as light as a crepe. So many choices on the menu, something for everyone.

We usually visit in the summer and were disappointed in the lack of service and long wait to get our food back then. This time we were seated promptly, ordered taken and given our breakfasts in good time. However, the coffee was jus awful and found the soft drink I ordered flat. My husband was also disappointed in his cheese,... More

What a delicious breakfast option!! We had savory pancakes loaded with veggies and cheese, and it was all good, but I couldn't decide whether to concentrate on the delicate taste of the pancake or the savory fillings. The service was quite slow, but we were operating on Sunday speed so it was worth the wait. Our server was helpful, but... More

Great menu with tons of options. I ate there twice, had the choc chips and toasted coconut pancake first and the sausage, onion & peppers the next day, both delicious. Would definitely return and would love to try more on the menu. Pancakes were really light and thin, so much better than traditional pancakes.
